    • Why Opero Email Open Tracker?

This app provides a solution to the missing functionality in Salesforce for receiving an email notification when you send a meeting request sent from a Salesforce Event. Send emails from Salesforce and view on the Activity history if they have been opened by the recipient, when, and how many times, and last time they opened it. Then you can use this information updated on the record to trigger other processes or views. For example when the recipient of your email opens the email you can setup a Flow to then update a Lead Status to Delivered. Or you want to create a list view of emails that were not opened that you sent proposal so you can followup with the contact to verify if they got the email and resend to another email if needed.
